Once your order is in the queue for processing and shipping, we are unable to make any changes to the quantities or items. However, if you need to make any changes or spot a mistake, don't worry! Here's what you can do:

As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information. Please double-check the shipping address you provide before you complete your purchase. In the event that you provide an incorrect address, please notify us immediately with your correct address so that we can make the necessary modifications. We will only be able to correct the mistake if the order hasn’t been shipped.

Although Kaleia Beauté cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit, we will make every effort to help you trace your package in case of loss, or file a claim with the carrier in case of damage. We will offer you as much assistance as we reasonably can in such situations.
We want to inform you that if you are placing an order from outside Canada, your package may be subjected to customs duty and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not paid via your transaction on our website when making a purchase. Although we wish we could control these charges, unfortunately, they are beyond our control. As our valued customer,you'll be responsible for paying any fees or taxesassociated with importing your package.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to cancel an order with us. To initiate the cancellation process, we kindly ask that you:

Given the personalized nature of our packaging, we start customizing your order as soon as it's confirmed. The 15 minutes ensures that we can accommodate your request before the customization process of your order begins. Once we receive your request, we will process it as quickly as possible and provide you with a confirmation of cancellation.
