We're always striving to make sure you're happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return your order, we are here to help.
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please keep in mind that the cost of returning the order is your responsibility as the customer. It is strongly recommended to get a tracking number. Kaleia Beauté will not be responsible for any lost items.
If your order has qualified for import taxes, we cannot accept returns.
All returns must be pre-approved by us. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process it as quickly as possible. If your return request is approved, a return address as well as an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be provided. We will then issue a refund for the original amount charged (including tax), minus the non-refundable shipping fees for your original order.
We care about everyone's health and hygiene, so please ensure that the product(s) you are returning are still in their original, unused, sealed packaging, and resalable condition.
Any products that have been opened, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method you provided.
Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to reflect this transaction after you receive the notification email.

- Enter your order number and email/phone number to sign in.
- Go to your order history, select the order items you want to return and follow the instructions.
- Complete the returns request and submit it.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.
